Result of Annual General Meeting - REPLACEMENT

4 March 2011

The following replaces the 'Result of AGM' announcement released today at 4:30 p.m. under RNS number 3940C. As previously released the announcement incorrectly stated that the consolidation approved at the Company's AGM would take effect on Monday 7 March 2011. The consolidation will instead take effect from Friday 11 March 2011 - the same day on which the consolidation is able to be take effect in connection with the Company's Canadian listing. The remainder of the announcement is unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Noventa (AIM: NVTA, TSX: NTA), the Mozambican miner and producer of tantalum concentrate, is pleased to confirm that all resolutions were passed at today's Annual General Meeting of the Company.

This includes the resolution to consolidate every 20 existing ordinary 0.04p shares into 1 new ordinary 0.8p share. This consolidation will take effect from the commencement of trading on Friday 11 March 2011.
