Trading in the Company's Shares

Noventa Limited (AIM:NVTA and TSX:NTA), the Mozambican miner and producer of tantalum concentrate, wishes to inform all its shareholders that the Company's Ordinary 0.04p Shares ("Shares") quoted on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") are identical to, and fully fungible with, the Company's Shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). Any shareholder who has purchased the Company's Shares on AIM but wishes to trade them on TSX will need to transfer their Shares from the Company's Jersey share register to its Canadian share register. Such transfers can be arranged by the Company's registrar, Computershare (contact details below), by way of completion of a cross border removal form (and a CREST re-materialisation form if the Shares are held in CREST.) Computershare are also able to arrange the movement in the other direction by way of a similar process.
