Noventa Ltd (NVTA AIM and NTA TSX) is sad to announce that Pat Lawless (Director and CEO) has resigned today for personal family reasons and is returning from Mozambique to the UK. John Allan (Director and previous CEO), who is running Project Restart as Project Director has assumed responsibility for the time being as CEO.

Eric Kohn TD Chairman said: "We are very sorry to lose Pat Lawless, but fully understand his reasons and wish him and his family all the best at this difficult time. We are very grateful to John Allan for stepping into the breach."
