Update on Forthcoming Shareholder Presentation

Pantheon Resources plc ("Pantheon" or "the Company"), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production company with 100% working interests in several conventional projects on the North Slope of Alaska announces that following the announcement on 1st March 2021, the forthcoming shareholder presentation and Q&A will now take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 20th April 2021.

The Company made the decision to postpone the webinar to ensure that testing and analysis of the Talitha #A well has been fully completed prior to the webinar to enable a more informative presentation. Weather conditions on the Alaska North Slope remain cold and the Company intends to make full use of the remaining drilling season. All shareholders and other interested parties are welcome to take part. Specific details on commencement time and how to access the Webinar will be made available in due course.
