Total Voting Rights Correction

Panther Metals plc (LSE: PALM), announced yesterday, 13th July, and confirms that it has placed a total of 3,846,153 ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 6.5 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing Price"), raising gross proceeds of approximately £250,000.

The announcement incorrectly stated that the issued share capital following the allotment and issue of the Placing Shares. The figures are corrected below:

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 52,742,787 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, following Admission, the total number of voting rights in Panther Metals plc is 52,742,787. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
