Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholding
On 29 June 2022, the Company's Executive Directors acquired Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Company's "Fixed Role-Based Allowance" (the "RBA") in respect of the period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022. The Shares acquired pursuant to the RBA are released to the Directors in accordance with the Company's shareholder approved Directors' Remuneration Policy (the "Policy").
