Issue of Equity
Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or the "Company"), announces that today, 74,074 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were issued and allotted to SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel"), the Company's Nomad and Broker, in lieu of certain fees due to them for the period from 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2015. The new ordinary shares were issued to SP Angel at the mid-market closing price on 31 March 2015, being 3.375p.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each in Oxus.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 74,074 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that trading in the new ordinary shares will commence on or around 17 April 2015.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 566,256,603 ordinary shares with voting rights.
