Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange to admit 374,602 ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. These shares were allotted pursuant to an offer for subscription in relation to the 2007/2008 tax year. 

The Company published pursuant to this offer an Investment Memorandum dated 18 February 2008 which is available to view on the Company's website and at the document viewing facility at the UKLA, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
