Block Listing Application

Oxford, UK - 31 January 2024: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Company"), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that  application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Premium segment of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the following schemes:

· OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) (250,000 Ordinary Shares);

· OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) (50,000 Ordinary Shares);

It is expected that admission to the Official List and the London Stock Exchange of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 5th February 2024. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Group's existing ordinary shares in issue.
