Block Listing Application

Oxford, UK - 23 January 2025: OXB (LSE: OXB), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission (i) to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) ("ESCC") category of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the company (the "Ordinary Shares"), 300,000 of which will be issued from time to time pursuant to the OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and 200,000 of which will be issued from time to time pursuant to the OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP).

The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the following schemes:

· OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) (300,000 Ordinary Shares); and

· OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) (200,000 Ordinary Shares).

It is expected that admission to the Official List and the London Stock Exchange of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 28 January 2025. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue.
