Announcement of Regulated Information-Buyback Intention
Athens, May 29, 2017 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE S.A. or Company), announces its intention to buyback, from 30/5/2017 until 09/6/2017, 34,000 own shares, namely about 0.007% of the Company's paid-up share capital, at a maximum purchase price of €15 per share and a minimum purchase price of €2 per share, by virtue of the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting dated June 12, 2015.
OTE S.A. intends to purchase the above shares within the framework of implementation of the executives' incentive programs, as approved by the Company's Shareholders' General Meeting.
The purchase will be made in accordance with the Greek and EU legislation on buy-back programs, as in force.
The announcement is issued in accordance with Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, the Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/1052 and the Athens Exchange Rulebook.
