Notification of transactions by Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L), a leading UK online retailer for beach holidays, announces that Hawksford Trustees Jersey Limited (as trustees of the SC 2014 Settlement), a PCA of Simon Cooper (Founder Director NED of On the Beach Group plc), notified the Company on 12 December 2024 that it had sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at price of 228 pence per Ordinary Share.
Simon Cooper, Founder of On the Beach, said:
"This share sale follows my reinvestment into On the Beach in 2022 and 2023 and I am now realising a portion of that investment. I remain a significant and long term shareholder in the Group and have every confidence that Shaun and the team will deliver on the recently outlined medium term ambitions."
Following this sale, Simon Cooper will have an interest in 9,521,226 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.7% of the issued share capital of the Company, as outlined below:
