NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L), the UK's leading online retailer for beach holidays, announces that Elaine O'Donnell, Non-Executive Director, and her husband Andrew Curwen, have each purchased 2,267 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group (4,534 ordinary shares in total) on 16 May 2019 at a price of 438.6p per share.
Following the purchase, Elaine O'Donnell's total interest in the Group (including those held by Persons Closely Associated) is 4,534 ordinary shares, representing 0.003 per cent of the total voting rights of the Group.
