NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L), the UK's leading online retailer for beach holidays, announces that it was notified by Richard Pennycook, Chair of the Board, that following his appointment on 1 April 2019, he has purchased 38,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 2 April 2019 at a price of 420p per share.
As a result, Mr Pennycook's total interest in the Company, is 38,333 ordinary shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
There were 131,146,855 shares in issue at the time of this notification.
