Director Declaration

The Company has been advised that Richard Segal, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Hostelworld Group plc which, today, Monday 2 November 2015, was admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.14 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Richard Segal.
