On 30 November 2023, the issued share capital of the Company with voting rights was 392,599,807 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 392,599,807. The figure of 392,599,807 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

On 30 November 2020, OSB GROUP PLC became the listed entity and holding company for the OSB Group. The Group reports under two segments, OneSavings Bank and Charter Court Financial Services.
