In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 3,864,539,005 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights.
The figure ofĀ 3,864,539,005 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.Ā

Oriole Resources PLCāÆis an AIM-listed gold exploration company, operating ināÆWest Africa. At the more advanced Senala gold project ināÆSenegal, Oriole was advised by IAMGOLD onāÆ26 April 2023āÆthatāÆAGEMāÆSenegal Exploration Suarl ('AGEM') was now a wholly-owned subsidiary ofāÆManagem Group. As previously announced,āÆAGEMāÆhas earned an initial 51% beneficial interest by spendingāÆUS$4 millionāÆand has the option to spend up to a furtherāÆUS$4 millionāÆbyāÆ28 February 2024āÆto earn a further 19% interest. Reverse Circulation drilling is planned as part ofāÆAGEM'sāÆYear 6 programme at Senala. The Company also has several interests and royalties in companies operating ināÆEast AfricaāÆandāÆTurkeyāÆthat could deliver future cash flow.Ā Ā
