Stratex International PLC21 August 2006 The following amends the results of placing announcement released on 17August 2006 under RNS number 7976H at 14.00. The number of new ordinary shares issued was 15,666,667 and not 15,666,666 aspreviously stated. All other details remain unchanged and the full amended announcement appearsbelow.
