Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR), the AIM-quoted exploration company focussed on West Africa, announces that Tim Livesey, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today acquired 623,506 Ordinary Shares the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 0.80 pence per share, the shares purchased represent 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this purchase of shares, Tim Livesey has a beneficial interest over 9,144,657 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.59% of the Company's total voting rights.
The Company's Ordinary Shares referred to above are Oriole Resources plc Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each and the total number of shares in issue is 1,561,913,789.
