Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:
At 30 June 2025, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 564,927,536 Ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of one pence each. This comprised 21,556,968 Ordinary shares held in treasury and 543,370,568 Ordinary shares in circulation.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 543,370,568. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
