Director Resignation

Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces today that Shahrukh Khan has stepped down with immediate effect as a Director of the Company.

Mr Khan has served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer since the Company's incorporation in 2006 and more recently since 25 January 2019 as Executive Director. The Board places on record its thanks for his service and substantial contribution to the development of the Company. He remains an employee of the Company.

Mark Steed, Chairman of Oracle said:

"On behalf of the Board, I place on record our gratitude to Shahrukh for his services to the Board of Oracle. He has driven the Company through challenging times, with passion and dedication."
