Orchard Funding Group ("Orchard" or "Company"), the finance group which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, announces that it was notified on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 that NMB Group Limited Employee Benefit Trust purchased 119,790 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") at 86.5p per Share and as such holds 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company notes that Ravi Takhar, CEO of the Company, is a beneficiary of the NMB Group Limited Employee Benefit Trust.
