DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Pennington, NJ - October 15 2010 -- Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPTT and London Stock Exchange AIM: OPT) ("OPT" or the "Company") announces that it received notification on October 14, 2010 that Paul F. Lozier a director of OPT, had sold, on October 12, 2010, 4,000 shares of common stock at prices ranging from US$5.70 per share to US$5.75 per share.
Following this sale Mr. Lozier holds 10,088 shares, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
