AMENDMENT TO WARRANT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF WARRANTS
Following the Company's despatch on 12 March 2018 of a warrant consent solicitation seeking consent to an amendment to the warrant instrument governing the Company's warrants to shorten the subscription period of the warrants so that it will expire at midnight London time / 7:00pm New York time on 26 March 2018 (except in certain limited circumstances), the Company confirms that the amendment was passed by an extraordinary resolution of warrantholders on 23 March 2018.
The subscription period applicable to the Company's warrants will therefore expire at midnight London time / 7:00pm New York time on 26 March and if a warrantholder has not validly exercised their warrants prior to midnight London time / 7:00pm New York time on 26 March 2018, such warrants will expire worthless (except in certain limited circumstances). The exercise price of the warrants remains temporarily reduced from US$11.50 to US$10.00 per whole ordinary share until the end of the amended subscription period.
