Temporary Suspension

OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in-store customer service, announces that the Company does not expect to publish its annual results to 31 March 2018 (the "Accounts") and post these to shareholders by 30 September 2018, as required by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules").

Due to this delay in publishing the annual report and accounts, dealings in the Company's ordinary shares will be temporarily suspended under AIM Rule 40 from 7.30 a.m. on Monday 1 October 2018 until such time as the Accounts have been duly published in compliance with AIM Rule 19.
