Australia Post Begins Live Trial of OneView's Mobile POS+ Software

OneView Group (AIM: ONEV), the retail industry's leading provider of digital point of sale (POS), announced today that Australia Post has successfully begun a live trial for the Company's Mobile POS+ software.

This live trial, the first phase of a multi-phased rollout, will initially be conducted in 19 stores across Australia and expanded to further stores and devices throughout 2018. The first phase follows a successful six-month implementation programme, which includes full integration to SAP and Australia Post's financial systems.

The trial follows the announcement in April that Australia Post had signed a multi-year SaaS agreement for OneView's Cloud POS framework and Enterprise Promotions module, to support a mobile point of sale solution in stores.

The OneView digital store solution represents a key foundation of a longer-term strategy for the expansion of products and services offered at Australia Post locations, through a variety of digital in-store formats including mobile, kiosk and over the counter. The solution has been tailored to meet the specific requirements of Australia Post's customers and is a major step toward adapting to the digital economy and realising the cost savings associated with this process.
