Share Consolidation & Admission

OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in-store customer service, announces that further to the announcement made earlier today, application has been made for 82,558,129 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the share consolidation ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 am tomorrow, 7 September 2017.

The total number of New Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 82,558,129. The above figure of 82,558,129 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
