NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Further to the release on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") of the Group's annual results and the publication of the reviewed condensed financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("FY2022") on Tuesday, 14 March 2023, shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements have been released and have been audited by Ernst & Young Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, who expressed an unmodified opinion thereon.
The audited annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed preliminary annual results and reviewed condensed financial statements published on 14 March 2023 except for an adjustment which resulted in an increase in total assets and a corresponding increase in total liabilities, totalling R2.5 billion, in the consolidated statement of financial position relating to the consolidation of investment funds. This adjustment had no impact on the net asset value, profit after tax for the financial year, total comprehensive income for the financial year, Adjusted Headline Earnings, consolidated statement of cash flows or any other key performance indicator previously published.
