Management Change Pablo Ferrari, Chief Financial Officer of Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc. (the"Company") has resigned from his position with effect from 15th November, 2007in order to pursue other interests. The Company's CEO, David Fowler, commented: "I would like to thank Pablo for hiscontribution to the Company during the past year, and wish him all the best inhis future endeavours."
