MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay 14 January, 2010. Orosur Mining Inc. ("OMI" or the "Company"), formerly Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc., today announces that on 14 January 2010 it was notified that Mr David Fowler, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had been issued 33,551 common shares in the capital of the Company in consideration for the acquisition by OMI of the 74,000 shares he held in Fortune Valley Inc following the completion of the plan of arrangement. Mr Fowler's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 65,651 shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
