Dividend update
Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing software company, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announced on 6 December 2022, a proposed final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2022 of 2.50 pence per share. The Company confirms that this dividend, if approved, will be paid on 23 February 2023 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 30 December 2022.
