Director/PDMR Shareholding

OMG plc announces that application has today been made for 700,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company today, and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to become effective on 8 December 2010, following which the Company will have 69,006,306 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Of the new Ordinary Shares being issued, 600,000 new Ordinary Shares relate to the exercise of options by Catherine Robertson, a director of the Company, at an exercise price of 2.6p each. Following this transaction, Ms Robertson is the beneficial owner of 1,182,749 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.71 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
