Annual General Meeting Statement

OMG plc, Oxford Metrics Group (LSE: OMG), ('OMG' or 'the Group'), the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 4pm today.

At the AGM Anthony Simonds-Gooding, Chairman of OMG, will make the following statement:

"The Board is pleased to announce that the Group has had a good start to the financial year with Group revenue continuing to develop in line with management expectations. We have seen progress in all divisions, most recently in Yotta DCL, which has secured a significant contract with the Highways Agency, which is expected to start to contribute during the second half. The Board remains confident in achieving market expectations for the full year."

The Company will provide further information on trading when it announces its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2012.
