Annual Information Update for the 12 months up to and including 2 May 2012.
In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2.1.R, the Company announces that the following information has been published or made available to the public over the previous 12 months in compliance with laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issue of securities and securities markets.
In accordance with Article 27.3 of the Prospectus Directive, it is acknowledged that whilst the information relating to the Company referred below was up to date at the time of publication, such disclosures may, at any time, become out of date due to changing circumstances. The Company is registered in Bermuda and is not required to file documents with Companies House in the United Kingdom.
