Management change at OUAL

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited today announces that Andrew Adie, Managing Director and a board member of its managing agency Omega Underwriting Agents Limited ("OUAL"), has resigned from his position with immediate effect.

John Powell, Chairman of OUAL, commented:

"Andrew has played a key role in OUAL's successful management of Syndicate 958. I would like to thank him for his contribution to OUAL. We wish him all the best for the future and we hope to announce the appointment of his successor shortly."
