Director/PDMR Shareholding
Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 12 September 2023 that, Stephen Walker, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of OHT, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 12.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Stephen Walker's beneficial interest in the Company is 230,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker has changed its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited following completion of its own corporate merger.
