Orad Hi-Tec Systems04 December 2006 Orad signs a new agreement with TeleMadrid worth several hundred thousanddollars to supply three dimensional news graphics systems. Orad Hi-Tec Systems (Symbol: OHT), a world-leading provider of virtual studiosand on-air graphics systems, has announced that it has signed a new agreementwith Spain's public TV station, TeleMadrid, to supply Telemadrid's productionstudios with multiple Maestro three dimensional graphics stations. Telemadrid,one of Spain's largest public television broadcaster with over 6 million viewerswill be changing all of their existing graphic systems to Orad's solution. Telemadrid will take advantage of Orad's 3Designer authoring software togenerate three dimensional template graphics. The templates will be available tomore than 300 journalists using Avid's iNews system. Each of the journalistswill be able to populate the templates with data and create rundowns which canbe taken to air by Avid's Control Air automation system.
