Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified yesterday that on 23 July 2024, Stephen Walker, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of OHT, purchased in aggregate 45,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 8.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Stephen Walker's beneficial interest in the Company is 545,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.43 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
