OJSC Gazprom has successfully launched
CHF 400 million 9% Loan Participation Notes
OJSC Gazprom conducted a set of investor meetings in Switzerland as a non-deal roadshow from 25 to 27 March 2009. On the back of the positive investor feedback, the books for a CHF transaction were opened on 30 March. The books closed on 2 April and 2-year bonds of a total size of CHF 400m launched and priced with a coupon of 9%. The bonds will be listed on the Swiss Exchange (SIX). BNP Paribas acted as sole lead-manager. This transaction represents Gazprom's debut initiative in the CHF market.
