ARYZTA placing

25 March 2015 - Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or the "Company") has been informed by ARYZTA AG ("ARYZTA") that it has placed 49,000,000 ordinary shares in Origin, equivalent to 39.1% of the Company's issued share capital excluding treasury shares, at a price of €8.25 per share ("the Placing"). The Placing will complete on 30 March 2015.

On completion of the Placing, ARYZTA will continue to own, in aggregate, 36,282,338 ordinary shares in Origin, representing 29.0% of the issued share capital of the Company, excluding treasury shares.
