ARYZTA Placing

Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has been informed by ARYZTA AG ('ARYZTA') that it has placed its entire holding of 36,282,338 ordinary shares in Origin, equivalent to 29.0% of the Company's issued share capital excluding treasury shares, at a price of €6.30 per share ('the Placing'). The Placing is scheduled to complete on 29 September 2015.
