Dear Sir,
In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulations, we hereby convey the following information:
Due to delay in GOP nominations on OGDCL Board of Directors (BOD), being majority shareholder, Election of Directors has been postponed for the time being and an impediment report has been submitted to the Joint Registrar, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Election of Directors, therefore, will not be part of agenda in the forthcoming AGM of the members scheduled on October 28, 2020. However, rest of the ordinary business would be taken as announced earlier.
