Accounts Update

Further to the announcement of 29 April 2016, the Company now expects to release its full year audited results reflecting the additional effects of the PLC consolidation before mid August‎.

The Company's auditors have, as a result of the Reverse Acquisition of Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd ("GIS") by Octagonal in June 2015, been changed to Wellbeck Associates.

The Company will provide a trading update for its wholly owned subsidiary GIS shortly.
