22 November 2013 Suretrack Monitoring plc ("Suretrack") or (the "Company") Change of Name, Change of Registered Office and Directorate Change Change of Name The Company announces that it has changed its name to Octagonal plc and at thesame time changed its TIDM from "STK" to "OCT". Both of these changes have beennotified to the London Stock Exchange and will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 25November 2013. In addition, the Company has changed its website address with immediate effectto www.octagonalplc.com. Change of Registered Office The Company has also changed its registered office with immediate effect toSuite 3b, 38 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN. Directorate Change The Company announces that Donald Strang has been appointed to the board withimmediate effect as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr Strang, aged 45, is a member ofthe Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been in business over20 years, holding senior financial and management positions in both publiclylisted and private enterprises in Australia, Europe and Africa. Mr Strang hasconsiderable corporate and international expertise and over the past decade hasfocussed on mining and exploration activities. Simon Barrell, previously Non-Executive Chairman, will remain on the board as aNon-Executive Director. In addition both Daniel Maling and Hamish Harris,previously Non-Executive Directors of the Company have been appointed asExecutive Directors with immediate effect.
