Revised AGM Notice
Following discussions with investors, the Board wish to make a technical change to the drafting of resolutions regarding the re appointment of directors proposed at the forthcoming annual general meeting ("AGM") convened for Monday 13 July 2009 at 11.00 a.m. (Bermuda time). As a consequence of this proposed change the Directors have cancelled the AGM.
The AGM has therefore been re-convened and will now be held at 11.00 a.m. (Bermuda time) on Wednesday 12th August 2009 at 11 Harbour Road, Paget PG 01, Bermuda. A letter including a revised notice re-convening the AGM and a form of proxy have been sent to shareholders.
