Oakley Capital Investments Limited ("OCI")1, a listed investment company that invests in the funds managed by Oakley Capital ("Oakley")2, will announce its results for the 6-months ended 30 June 2023 on Thursday 14 September 2023.

The investment strategy of the Funds is to focus on buy-out opportunities in industries with the potential for growth, consolidation and performance improvement.
