Oakley announces further commitment to Oakley Capital Private Equity III ("Fund III")

Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (AIM:OCL, OCL, the "Company"), today announces a further commitment to Oakley Capital Private Equity III, the successor fund to Oakley Capital Private Equity II ("Fund II")2.

Further to the announcement on 29 January 2016, regarding the Company's initial commitment of €250 million to Fund III, OCL is pleased to announce that it has increased its commitment to Fund III by €75 million, taking its total commitment to Fund III to €325 million.
