Final Date for Warrant Exercise
In accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the warrant instrument dated 30 July 2007 constituting the issue by the Company of up to 50,000,000 warrants to subscribe for its ordinary shares ("Warrants"), the final date for exercising the subscription rights conferred by the Warrants is 3 August 2010. Holders of Warrants are hereby notified that cancellation of the listing of the Warrants will take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 4 August 2010.
