Capital commitment to Oakley Capital IV

Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (AIM: OCI), is pleased to announce it has made a commitment of €400 million to Oakley Capital IV, the successor fund to Oakley Capital Private Equity III2. Oakley Capital IV has materially the same strategy and commercial terms as Fund III.
