Dwyka Diamonds Limited04 November 2005 Dwyka Diamonds Limited Placing Dwyka Diamonds Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that 4,500,000fully paid ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") have been placed with institutional and other investors by Williams de Broe Plc at a price of 30 penceper share. The net placing funds of approximately £1.3 million will be used primarily inthe bulk sampling of each of the two diamondiferous kimberlites recentlyacquired through a joint venture with De Beers, as announced by the Company on27th October 2005. Application has been made for the 4,500,000 Placing Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, to be admitted totrading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission") and tobe quoted on the Australian Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to becomeeffective and dealings in the Placing Shares to commence at 8.00 a.m. onTuesday, 8th November 2005.
